About me
I'm Dawid Stronczak. I'm a Senior Engineering Manager at Remitly, where I lead teams in Money Movement and Platform. Before Remitly, I scaled Glovo's Warsaw engineering hub from 10 to 100 engineers as Site Leader, and led the Virtual Assistant AI feature at Flo (70M+ MAU). I hold an MBA from SGBS Business School St. Gallen and Kozminski Business School, with a dissertation on suboptimal decision-making in tech leadership.
I've spoken at 4Developers, Devoxx Greece and Poland, AgileByExample, and Lead Innovation Day Paris.
